Video Shoots

The plan for my video project is coming together, I’ve taken the ideas for the short films series further and I’ve contacted actors, dancers and voice over artists. It’s exciting stuff and I’m continuing the video shoots this weekend working to storyboards generated from my ideas. The schedule will be tight and I have many hours of editing and effects generation ahead but it feels very creative and positive! I’ll post more on here and up to vimeo as I produce the individual video pieces.

Mythical Sea Dance

The working title for my latest video piece is Mythical Sea Dance these are the elements that are coming together to form the video for the installation. The work is going to be a short collection of adaptations of myths and legend interlinked with dance performance. The sea and moving water footage will be the linking element and will reflect the fluid element of the work.

Sequenced Video Installation

I’m working on my piece for the Sequenced collection of Digital Media Arts which is opening on the 29th June. My video installation will be using images influenced by myths and legends interlaced with dance and the sea. Its going to be a good two months of putting this project together and building the show.

Video Installation

I’ve started my latest video installation project which I will be showing in Brighton this June. I’ve planned a series of short films around a theme which is going to be great fun to create! I’ll post more info on here as I progress through the project. I’m also going to be working in some footage from my recent Beach Wood City video art project.
